Secure Monitoring Services
We provide IT support engineering resources for computer operations offering both traditional support and project support. We provide engineering resources who are knowledgeable in Windows OS applications, desktop/laptop and tablet break fix scenarios, server and wireless support, and who are knowledgeable in general IT help desk assistance. These resources can deliver both onsite support and remote support.
Our support group has been in the IT professional services and support business for over 20 years. We pride ourselves on providing top quality engineering resources and services, and have IT staff resources that can be scheduled as needed.
Our Support Approach
We will document the current environment to determine the current state prior to commencement of the support agreement. As part of providing support services, we start with an assessment to identify any gaps that exist in the current IT foundation. This assessment and subsequent documentation will be billed from the block of hours and will include all relevant information requested by the client and our support team.
This would include the following deliverables:
- A Visio of the environment
- Inventory of hardware, software, network devices, maintenance and license status
- Documentation includes the following information:
o Network devices: IP’s, VLAN’s, DHCP information, network segmentation
o Servers: Hardware Spec’s, OS and patch level, IP, Applications, maint./support contract
o Desktops & Laptops: Names, OS, Patch Levels, Users, Applications
o AD Objects, Group Policy(s)
o User & Admin Accounts
o Backup & Archive: Current Status, Schedule and Retention
o Security: Rules, VPN’s, IP, Services, Policy Review
With the above information, we will share complete and detailed information and identify any gaps or issues that need to be addressed.
